A rapidly expanding national food manufacturing group is seeking a strategic, influential CFO to join its senior team. This role works closely with the CEO and COO to shape financial direction, build scalable systems, and strengthen performance across multiple production sites.
What You'll Drive:
* Full ownership of financial strategy, planning, and governance
* FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and multi-year modelling
* Cost accounting, standard costing, SKU margins, and plant-level performance
* Consolidated reporting across multiple entities
* Cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships
* ERP optimization, automation, and process improvements
* Support, mentor, and grow a high-performing Finance, Accounting & Payroll team
What You Bring:
* Deep experience in manufacturing finance and cost accounting
* Strong background in FP&A, plant performance, and multi-entity reporting
* Proven ability to build scalable processes in fast-growing environments
* Experience partnering with Operations, Supply Chain, and commercial teams
* ERP proficiency (NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.)
