Overview:
We are seeking a hands-on CFO to oversee financial operations across multiple companies. The ideal candidate will provide strategic direction, handle complex consolidations, and deliver clear financial insights to executive leadership. This role includes managing a small accounting team and providing regular (bimonthly) reporting to the CEO.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial strategies, including multi-company budget planning and forecasting
- Consolidate financials across multiple entities for executive-level reporting
- Manage and mentor an accounting team (AP, AR, bookkeeping)
- Oversee cash flow management, cost analysis, and profitability strategies
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
- Present bimonthly and ad-hoc financial reports with actionable insights
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a CFO or similar executive finance role
- Strong background in multi-entity financial consolidation and reporting
- Mastery of financial software (e.g., QuickBooks) and GAAP principles
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills
- Record of driving efficiency and profitability in diverse business environments
