Purpose and Responsibilities
- To improve Profit Margins (Bottom Line) of the Organization.
- To improve Organization’s Financial Situation.
- To generate and update MIS related to company’s Financial Status on weekly basis.
- To set periodic (Monthly / Quarterly / Half Yearly / Annual) Budget and ensure compliance.
- To introduce required Controls.
- To improve accuracy of Books and Physical Inventory and reduce gaps.
- To ensure all financial / account related compliances.
- Team Building.
- Develop and Implement SOP and Reports.
- Cashflow Planning.
Qualification:
- CA / CS Or Engineering Graduate / Postgraduate with Management Degree in Finance.
- 15 to 20 Years Experience – with minimum 5 years as a Senior Executive.
- Excellent Communication
- Operating knowledge of Accounting and ERP Software.
