We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the hospital’s financial planning, revenue management, compliance, and growth strategy. The CFO will be a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, responsible for ensuring financial sustainability, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
Financial Strategy & Planning
- Develop long-term financial strategy aligned with hospital growth plans
- Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Monitor cash flow, capital expenditure, and working capital
2️ Revenue Cycle Management
- Oversee billing, insurance, and TPA collections
- Improve ARPOB, EBITDA, and operating margins
- Ensure reduction in outstanding receivables
3️ Compliance & Governance
- Ensure statutory compliance (GST, Income Tax, TDS, PF, ESI, etc.)
- Coordinate audits (Internal, Statutory, NABH, Bank audits)
- Implement internal financial controls
4️ Cost Control & Profitability
- Monitor departmental P&L
- Drive cost optimization initiatives
- Reduce procurement leakages and wastage
5️ Team Leadership
- Lead Accounts, Billing, and Finance teams
- Implement KPI-based performance tracking
- Develop financial SOPs and reporting systems
Eligibility Criteria
- CA / CMA / MBA Finance (Mandatory)
- 8–15+ years of experience (Healthcare preferred)
- Strong knowledge of hospital financial operations
- Experience in multi-unit or NABH-accredited hospitals preferred
- Excellent leadership and strategic planning skills
