Atomic Build is hiring GTM Lead- who will own our revenue objectives while building the marketing engine to support growth. This is an entrepreneurial role for someone who can both create compelling content and close deals. You’ll have full autonomy over the revenue pipeline, from creating case studies and organizing workshops to closing six-figure contracts. The product team will support you with technical expertise, but you’ll drive the strategy and execution.

What You’ll Do:
Sales & Revenue (Primary Focus)
- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, scoping, proposal, negotiation, and close
- Convert workshop attendees, inbound leads, and warm introductions into qualified opportunities
- Lead consultative discovery to understand technical + business needs
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to craft compelling proposals
- Close deals in the $50K - $500K range
- Identify expansion opportunities in existing accounts
- Maintain CRM hygiene, forecasting, and pipeline accuracy
Growth & Marketing (Supporting Focus)
- Develop case studies showcasing successful client engagements with quantified results
- Create email newsletters, lead magnets, and one-pagers targeting our ICP
- Design marketing materials that emphasize our “speed of execution” differentiator and “AI” expertise
- Work with product team to translate technical capabilities into compelling value propositions
- Build sales collateral including pitch decks, capability statements, and proposal templates
- Maintain brand consistency across all client-facing materials
Event Strategy & Thought Leadership
- Support and co-host virtual workshops (“Getting Started with AI,” vertical deep dives, strategy sessions)
- Assist with promotion, messaging, and attendee conversion
- Build pipeline through educational content and event-led growth
- Collaborate on our “Behind the Build” speaker series
What You Bring:
- 5+ years B2B sales experience (consulting, professional services, or technical solutions)
- Track record closing $50K - $500K consultative deals
- Strong written communication and content creation skills
- Experience with outbound automation tools (Clay, Dripify, Sales Navigator, HubSpot)
- Ability to simplify technical concepts for business stakeholders
- High ownership, self-starter mentality, and comfort operating autonomously
- Comfortable collaborating with engineers and product teams
Nice-to-haves:
- Familiarity with AI/ML, software consulting, or product development
- Experience in EdTech, TransportTech, or PropTech
- Past experience running workshops or webinars
Success Metrics:
- A steady, high-quality pipeline across core industries
- Strong workshop attendance and conversion to discovery calls (ex. Monthly workshops with ~50 attendees)
- Consistent closing of multiple new clients per quarter
- Tracking towards quota month over month
- Clear, compelling marketing assets and outbound messaging
- Expansion revenue generated from existing accounts
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: OTE: $155,000 - $165,000 (uncapped commission with accelerators)
