We are hiring an Outbound GTM Engineer to architect and automate LinkedIn outbound systems for our users (freight brokers, 3PLs, carriers, warehouse owners) that are looking to secure meetings with major brands. This role blends technical execution, data operations, sequencing, and automation across LinkedIn + email. If building high-performing outbound campaigns excites you — read on.
What You’ll Own
- Create multi-channel outbound direct message campaigns across LinkedIn + email
- Build sequencing frameworks using Expandi, Aimfox, Instantly, Smartlead, Dripify, Clay, Apollo, and more
- Define and operationalize ICPs for logistics segments
- Build hyper-targeted lead lists using Clay, Apollo, ZoomInfo, scraping tools
- Enrich, validate, and segment data for targeting accuracy
- Troubleshoot deliverability, inboxing, and workflow issues
- Monitor KPIs (open rates, reply rates, positive responses) and optimize systems
- Document workflows and create scalable outbound playbooks
- Manage a community of 100s of logistics professionals and run Q&As, webinars, and informational sessions.
You’re not entering a marketing seat — you’re engineering the best outbound strategies for our users to capture their ideal client.
Requirements
- 2+ years in technical outbound, growth ops, or GTM engineering
- 2+ years in sales copywriting for outbound LinkedIn and email campaigns
- Hands-on mastery with outbound automation tools (Expandi, Aimfox, Instantly, Smartlead, Dripify, etc.)
- Strong background in list building, scraping, enrichment, segmentation, ICP creation
- Ability to build and troubleshoot multi-step automation workflows
- Experience with Clay, Apollo, ZoomInfo or similar platforms
- Strong analytical skills and KPI-driven optimization ability
- Comfortable in high-speed, high-accountability environments
- Logistics familiarity = bonus

Full-time, flexible schedule. 9AM EST — 5PM EST.

Hybrid (Must be GTA-based)
WFH + Co-Working Space in Downtown Toronto
Compensation
$55,000–$65,000 base salary
This role includes retention-based incentives tied to user retention.
