Role Summary
The Director – Sales & GTM Leader for Infrastructure, Cloud, Data & AI is a senior revenue and growth leader responsible for originating, shaping, and closing large, strategic AI and Cloud transformation deals across BFSI clients in North America.
This role drives pipeline creation, GTM execution, and hyperscaler‑led co‑sell motions, aligning customer business priorities with TCS’s AI. Cloud offerings to deliver measurable enterprise outcomes. The leader operates at the intersection of business strategy, cloud transformation, and ecosystem orchestration, engaging CXOs through executive briefings, workshops, and innovation forums.
As part of TCS’s Agentic AI Seed Squad, the role also contributes to defining next‑generation GTM and AI‑led growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute growth strategies and sales plans to meet or exceed quarterly TCV targets.
- Prioritize and shape large, complex deals by identifying customer business priorities and positioning AI. Cloud solutions to drive tangible business value.
- Orchestrate integrated sales plays with BFSI account teams, solutions, delivery, offerings, and hyperscaler partners to convert qualified pipeline into signed contracts.
- Anchor C‑suite meetings, executive briefings, workshops, and roadshows across BFSI clients and hyperscaler partners to accelerate pipeline generation.
- Collaborate with AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud leadership to define joint GTM strategies, drive partner‑originated pipeline, and achieve quarterly launch and co‑sell targets.
- Lead enterprise‑grade AI and Cloud adoption strategies, enabling modernization of mission‑critical technology estates and creation of scalable, intelligence‑driven digital ecosystems.
Experience & Competencies:
- 15–20+ years in IT services, consulting, or cloud‑led transformation roles, with strong BFSI exposure.
- Proven success in large deal orchestration, pipeline ownership, and revenue growth.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence CXO stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), Infrastructure modernization, Data platforms, and AI.
- Demonstrated experience working with hyperscaler GTM and alliance models.
- Ability to translate complex technology into clear, outcome‑focused business narratives.
Success Measures
- Achievement of quarterly and annual TCV and pipeline conversion targets
- Strategic deal wins and hyperscaler co‑sell success
- Depth of CXO relationships and market positioning
- Sustained growth of the AI. Cloud practice in BFSI
