This is a newly created role and will play a critical role in supporting the Australian growth for key brands such as Roborock Segway and Bambu lab, supporting channel partners such as Harvey Norman, JB HI-FI, The Good Guys, Costco, Bing Lee.
About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Go to Market (GTM)/Product Specialist to support the planning, coordination, and execution of product, sales, and marketing initiatives. In this role, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product launches, aligned messaging, and strong campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and execution of GTM strategies for new product launches and promotions.
- Coordinate with marketing, product, sales, and operations teams to align timelines and deliverables.
- Support the creation of launch materials (presentations, briefs, product sheets, internal communications).
- Monitor campaign performance, gather insights, and prepare reports for the GTM team.
- Help manage project timelines, trackers, and communication with internal stakeholders.
- Conduct basic market and competitor research to support GTM planning.
- Support sales enablement activities, including updating promotional assets and product information.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Good communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and product lifecycle.
- Comfortable working with data, reports, and project tracking tools.
- Multilingual abilities are beneficial; the ability to speak Mandarin is a strong plus.
- High attention to detail and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Experience with CRM, project management tools, or marketing platforms.
- Knowledge of ecommerce or consumer electronics.
- Basic graphic design or presentation skills.
