Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO), based in Westland, MI, with flexibility for some work-from-home days. The CFO will be responsible for overseeing the financial strategy, planning, and operations of the company, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Day-to-day tasks include preparing financial statements, managing budgeting and forecasting processes, analyzing financial data, and leading the finance team. The CFO will also be expected to provide strategic financial advice to executive leadership to support decision-making and drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Financial Planning and strategy development.
- Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting.
- In-depth knowledge of Finance principles and practices.
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills and the ability to extract insights from financial data.
- Proven leadership and team management experience in finance or a related field.
- Familiarity with financial software and tools; experience in technology or digital transformation industries is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or CPA is preferred.
