Job Summary
We are seeking a highly strategic and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our organization’s financial planning, management, and growth initiatives. The CFO will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's financial strategy, ensuring fiscal responsibility, and supporting overall business development. This executive position requires strong leadership, negotiation skills, and a proven track record in process improvement and project management to drive sustainable success.

Responsibilities

Develop and oversee the company’s financial strategy aligned with organizational goals.
Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to support business growth.
Manage all financial operations including accounting, reporting, compliance, and risk management.
Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy across financial functions.
Lead negotiations with stakeholders, partners, investors, and vendors to secure favorable terms.
Support business development initiatives by providing financial insights and strategic guidance.
Oversee cash flow management, investment strategies, and capital structure optimization.
Collaborate with executive leadership to develop long-term strategic plans.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain strong internal controls.
Lead a high-performing finance team by fostering leadership development and continuous improvement.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Chief Financial Officer or in a senior financial leadership role.
Strong negotiation skills with a track record of securing advantageous agreements.
Demonstrated expertise in process improvement initiatives within complex organizations.
Exceptional leadership abilities with experience managing cross-functional teams.
Solid background in business development and strategic planning.
Proficiency in project management with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $155,035.08-$249,669.24 per year
