Job Summary
We are seeking a highly strategic and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our organization’s financial planning, management, and growth initiatives. The CFO will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's financial strategy, ensuring fiscal responsibility, and supporting overall business development. This executive position requires strong leadership, negotiation skills, and a proven track record in process improvement and project management to drive sustainable success.
Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee the company’s financial strategy aligned with organizational goals.
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to support business growth.
- Manage all financial operations including accounting, reporting, compliance, and risk management.
- Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy across financial functions.
- Lead negotiations with stakeholders, partners, investors, and vendors to secure favorable terms.
- Support business development initiatives by providing financial insights and strategic guidance.
- Oversee cash flow management, investment strategies, and capital structure optimization.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to develop long-term strategic plans.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain strong internal controls.
- Lead a high-performing finance team by fostering leadership development and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Chief Financial Officer or in a senior financial leadership role.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of securing advantageous agreements.
- Demonstrated expertise in process improvement initiatives within complex organizations.
- Exceptional leadership abilities with experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Solid background in business development and strategic planning.
- Proficiency in project management with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.

Pay: $125,035.08-$229,669.24 per year
