We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Financial Officer with a minimum of 8 years of experience in the manufacturing industry to lead our finance function and partner with leadership in driving strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the entire Finance & Accounts function of the organization
- Provide strategic financial guidance to support business planning and key decision-making
- Manage cash flow planning, working capital optimization, and financial risk management
- Drive fund-raising initiatives, banking relationships, and investor relations
- Lead commercial negotiations with banks and financial institutions
- Ensure timely preparation of monthly MIS reports and financial performance analysis
- Prepare projected financial statements and financial models for bank finance and fundraising activities
- Oversee statutory and regulatory compliances including GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act, and other applicable laws
- Coordinate with statutory auditors and ensure smooth completion of audits
- Develop budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement cost-control measures
- Provide data-driven insights backed by financial analytics to support growth and profitability
Candidate Profile:
- Chartered Accountant with Minimum 8+ years of experience in the manufacturing sector
- Strong expertise in financial planning, compliance, taxation, and working capital management
- Proven experience in managing bank finance and fundraising activities
- Strong leadership, analytical, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work closely with senior management and drive strategic initiatives
- Age 40 above
