KITCO Limited is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the organization’s financial management and strategy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, ensuring financial stability, and supporting the company’s long-term growth and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead and manage the overall financial strategy and financial planning of the organization.
· Oversee end-to-end financial management, including preparation and analysis of complex financial statements.
· Manage and monitor the company’s balance sheet, financial reporting, and statutory compliance.
· Develop and implement strategies for risk management, financial governance, and internal controls.
· Supervise cash flow management, investment planning, and banking operations.
· Provide strategic financial insights to senior management to support business decisions and organizational growth.
· Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and audit requirements.
· Coordinate with auditors, financial institutions, and regulatory authorities.
· Guide and lead the finance team to maintain high standards of financial management.
Eligibility Criteria
· Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) – Mandatory.
· Minimum 20 years of post-qualification experience in finance and accounting roles.
· Proven experience handling complex financial structures and large balance sheets.
· Strong exposure to financial strategy, risk management, and cash flow management.
· Experience in investment management and banking operations.
· Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel.
· Working knowledge of ERP-based financial systems.
