Job Summary:
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be responsible for managing the financial strategy, planning, and operations of the NBFC. The role includes overseeing financial reporting, regulatory compliance, risk management, budgeting, and fund management while ensuring adherence to Reserve Bank of India guidelines applicable to NBFCs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the company’s financial strategy and long-term financial planning.
- Oversee accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management.
- Ensure compliance with NBFC regulations and reporting requirements set by the Reserve Bank of India.
- Manage fund raising, banking relationships, and capital structure.
- Monitor financial risks, asset quality, and portfolio performance.
- Provide financial insights and strategic advice to the management and Board of Directors.
- Supervise audits, taxation, and statutory filings.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory
- Freshers can also apply; candidates with experience in NBFCs will be advantage.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
