Job Title: Senior Analyst - Business Operations

Timings: UK Shift (3PM to 12 AM OR 2PM to 11 PM)
Job Description
Support the day-to-day operational execution by coordinating facilities, logistics, vendor services, workforce readiness, and operational reporting. The role ensures smooth center operations, operational discipline, and structured execution aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Support daily delivery center operations including utilization monitoring, deployment coordination, and issue escalation tracking.
- Coordinate facilities and logistics operations including workspace readiness, access control, and leadership/client visit support.
- Assist in managing vendors supporting facilities, infrastructure, and office operations while monitoring SLA adherence.
- Track operational incidents, maintain operational dashboards, and provide structured reporting to leadership.
- Monitor center-level operational expenses and support budget discipline.
- Support operational governance, documentation, and business continuity readiness.
Skills Required- 5-8 years of experience in IT services operations, delivery center operations, or business operations.
- Experience supporting facilities, logistics, or vendor operations.
- Strong coordination and escalation management skills.
- Understanding of billable workforce environments in IT services.
- Ability to operate in multi-stakeholder operational environments with strong reporting and organizational skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field.
