What your impact will be…
As a key member of the Marketing Data Enrichment team, you will manage end-to-end data lifecycle projects—including cleaning, validation, and research—for EnterpriseDB. The ideal candidate balances a quick learning curve with the creativity to optimize routine workflows. You must be adept at partnering with international stakeholders and contributing to a collaborative team culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Strategy & Enrichment: Contribute to a wide range of projects including data validation, CRM data cleaning, and overall CRM data management for the Marketing Data Enrichment team.
Operational Excellence: Execute complex data flows and manage data set relationships to ensure high-quality information within the EnterpriseDB ecosystem.
System Integrity: Maintain data health through expert deduplication, merging, fuzzy matching, and efficient data loading.
Global Collaboration: Act as a key team player providing support to global business stakeholders (primarily in North America) and delivering results under tight deadlines.
Innovation: Bring a creative lens to repetitive tasks and leverage AI or agentic solutions to solve critical business problems.
What you will bring…(Required)
Experience: 3–6 years of professional experience managing business data and CRM environments.
Tool Proficiency: Proven expertise in Salesforce, Google Sheets, and Excel.
Data Extraction: Hands-on experience using business directories like ZoomInfo, Lusha, Clay, and Ringlead to extract and integrate valuable information into a CRM.
Technical Knowledge: A solid understanding of data flows, automation, and the setup of account parent-child relationships.
Soft Skills: Strong writing and presentation skills, a self-starter mindset, and the ability to remain results-oriented while working under pressure.
Good to Have:
Analytical Reporting: Proficiency in creating custom reports and dynamic dashboards within Salesforce to provide actionable insights.
Agility: The ability to learn new technologies rapidly and apply creative problem-solving to routine data management tasks.
AI Sophistication: A demonstrated ability to use advanced agentic solutions to streamline workflows and enhance data accuracy.
