Role Overview
We’re looking for a Product GTM (Go-to-Market) Specialist who can take Ve.ai’s products from 0 → 1 and 1 → scale.
You will be the bridge between product, marketing, sales, ops, and customer success, ensuring every product launch, feature release, and update lands with maximum impact. Your role is to understand the product deeply, craft positioning and messaging, define launch GTM strategy, enable sales, and drive adoption through data-backed execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Launch & GTM Strategy
- Build and execute GTM strategies for new products and major feature releases.
- Work with product & leadership to define positioning, messaging, ICPs, and value propositions.
- Own end-to-end launch planning, timelines, and cross-functional coordination.
Market & Customer Understanding
- Conduct competitive analysis, user research, and market validation.
- Create clear customer personas, jobs-to-be-done maps, and use case frameworks.
- Gather insights from sales, support, and product to refine GTM strategies.
Sales Enablement
- Build product pitch decks, battle cards, feature comparison sheets, and training material.
- Create demo scripts, objection-handling guides, and value articulation documents.
- Enable the sales team with clear narratives and assets to improve conversion.
Marketing & Content
- Work with marketing to create product narratives, landing pages, videos, and email sequences.
- Own product storytelling across channels — site, social, campaigns, and partnerships.
- Draft product updates, case studies, and feature education pieces.
Cross-Functional Execution
- Collaborate with product, engineering, sales, ops, and marketing to ensure aligned GTM execution.
- Plan internal readiness sessions before launches.
- Support customer onboarding and adoption strategies.
Data & Reporting
- Track GTM success metrics: adoption, activation, conversions, churn signals, etc.
- Run experiments to test messaging, pricing, or channel performance.
- Share insights and build dashboards on product-market traction.
Skills & Requirements:
Must-Have
- 1–4 years experience in Product Marketing / GTM / Growth / PMM / Strategy roles.
- Strong understanding of SaaS products, user behavior, and market dynamics.
- Exceptional communication, storytelling, and documentation skills.
- Ability to take ownership and work in fast-paced 0→1 environments.
- Experience working cross-functionally across product, sales, and marketing.
- Strong analytical thinking — ability to derive insights from data.
Good-to-Have
- Experience with AI/ML, automation, or tech-forward products.
- Prior startup experience.
- Familiarity with tools like Notion, Figma, HubSpot, analytics dashboards, etc.
