Fanpit is the infrastructure that lets anyone go from idea to brand in minutes, not months. Loyalty programs, events, CXM, community, commerce - all in one OS. We're building for every brand, creator, and community that wants to own their distribution and stop being at the mercy of algorithms.
The Role
This is a founding role. You're not joining a growth team - you're building it.
You'll own how Fanpit acquires brands, how we position ourselves in the market, and how we turn early traction into repeatable revenue. This is a hands-dirty role. You'll be on calls with brands, building the sales deck yourself, iterating on outreach, closing deals, and figuring out what works - not managing a team that does it for you.
What You'll Own
- Brand acquisition pipeline - from outreach to close
- GTM strategy and execution - figuring out what channels work, then doubling down
- Positioning and narrative - working closely with me to sharpen how we talk about Fanpit
- Content strategy that drives inbound (you'll direct our creative associate)
- Partnership and BD opportunities
- Building the playbook that the next 5 hires will run
You're a Fit If
- 2-4 years in growth, GTM, sales, or marketing - ideally at an early-stage startup or B2B SaaS
- You've closed deals before. Not just generated leads - actually closed.
- You can write cold emails that get replies, and hop on calls that convert
- You think in systems but aren't afraid to do the manual work first
- You're comfortable with ambiguity and can figure things out without a playbook
- You want to build something, not just join something
You're NOT a Fit If
- You think "strategy" means making decks and waiting for someone else to execute
- You need a structured environment with clear processes handed to you
- You've only worked in large teams with narrow ownership
Compensation
- Fixed: ₹50,000 - ₹60,000 / month
- Variable: Up to 100% of fixed (performance-based)
- ESOP: Yes, details discussed with final candidates

Bangalore | Hybrid - minimum 3 days/week in office
