We're growing our revenue engine and are looking for a hands-on **GTM Enablement Specialist** to join our team remotely from India. This is an individual contributor role focused on empowering our sales team to prospect, engage, and close more effectively in the competitive B2B telecom/networking space.
About the Role
As our GTM Enablement Specialist, you'll be the go-to expert for outbound prospecting tools and sales processes. You'll build, optimize, and scale the systems that help our sales reps identify high-value leads, personalize outreach at volume, and drive pipeline growth. This role combines deep tool proficiency with practical enablement to make our team more efficient and effective.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and optimize our core outbound tech stack: Clay (for data enrichment, personalization, and workflows), Apollo (for prospecting, sequencing, and CRM enrichment), and LinkedIn Sales Navigator (for advanced lead sourcing, InMail strategy, and relationship mapping).
- Build and maintain high-quality lead lists, ideal customer profiles (ICPs), and account targeting strategies using Clay + Apollo + Sales Nav integrations.
- Design, test, and refine outbound sequences, email templates, messaging frameworks, and multi-channel cadences that drive higher reply and meeting rates.
- Create sales playbooks, one-pagers, battle cards, objection handlers, and competitive intel materials tailored to Pronto's wireless networking products (routers, access points, AI-managed networks).
- Train and coach sales reps (virtually/onboarding sessions) on best practices for using Clay, Apollo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to maximize productivity.
- Analyze outreach performance metrics (open rates, reply rates, conversion to meetings) and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align messaging and ensure enablement content reflects our value proposition in Wi-Fi, 4G/5G, and enterprise connectivity.
- Stay ahead of trends in sales tooling, outbound strategies, and B2B prospecting in the telecom/hardware space.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in sales enablement, sales operations, RevOps, or outbound-focused roles (SaaS, telecom, hardware, or B2B tech preferred).
- Deep expertise with:
- Clay.com (enrichment, table building, automations, personalization at scale)
- Apollo.io (lead sourcing, sequences, dialer, CRM sync)
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator (advanced search, lead lists, InMail best practices, account mapping)
- Proven track record of building and scaling outbound prospecting programs that generate qualified pipeline.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales motions, especially in enterprise or mid-market (experience in telecom, networking, or hardware is a plus).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to create clear, persuasive sales content.
- Analytical mindset with experience using data to optimize processes.
- Self-starter who thrives in a remote, fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working in US time zones (partial overlap with PST required).
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with additional tools like HubSpot/Salesforce, Instantly/Smartlead, or ZoomInfo.
- Background in wireless networking, telecom, or enterprise IT sales.
- Prior remote work in a US-headquartered company.
