This role acts as a day-to-day thought partner across Marketing and Operations, creating structure, visibility, and momentum across key initiatives.
This is an individual contributor role with broad cross-functional scope and high exposure to senior leadership, focused on business operations and leadership enablement.
This role enables leadership effectiveness through strong process design, clear communication, and data-informed insights in complex, fast-moving environments.
What You’ll Do
Leadership Enablement & Strategic Support
- Partner closely with Marketing leadership to support planning, prioritization, and execution of key initiatives
- Prepare summaries, materials, and analysis to support leadership discussions, reviews, and decision-making
- Translate high-level strategy into clear operating plans, milestones, and follow-through
Data Visibility & Insight Support
- Partner with analytics and operations teams to improve access to trusted, decision-ready data and reporting
- Translate complex datasets into clear narratives, insights, and recommendations that inform leadership decisions and next actions
- Proactively surface trends, risks, gaps, and opportunities by connecting performance data to business context and strategic priorities
- Act as a bridge between technical analytics teams and business stakeholders, enabling consistent reporting, executive-ready readouts, and greater team self-sufficiency in using data
Operating Cadence & Execution
- Manage and drive key operating rhythms such as monthly readouts, progress updates, and planning cycles
- Track decisions, action items, and commitments to ensure alignment and follow-through across teams
- Help maintain continuity of key workstreams during periods of change or shifting priorities
Process Design & Efficiency
- Design, document, and improve core business processes to increase efficiency and clarity
- Standardize templates, workflows, and operating norms (e.g., decks, readouts, planning artifacts)
- Identify friction points and recommend practical, scalable improvements
- Support rollout and adoption of new processes, metrics, or ways of working
- Document and communicate changes clearly, gathering feedback to inform iteration
- Reinforce consistency and best practices across the organization
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as a connective tissue between Marketing, Operations, and adjacent teams
- Facilitate communication to ensure priorities, goals, and timelines are well understood
- Surface risks, dependencies, and misalignment early and help drive resolution
What You’ll Bring
- 5–8 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Business Operations, RevOps, Program Management, or a related field
- Strong operational foundation with experience supporting cross-functional initiatives
- Proven ability to translate strategy into execution and keep work moving forward
- Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize information into clear summaries and recommendations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable working with senior stakeholders
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail and follow-through
- Comfort operating with influence rather than formal authority
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting VP-level or senior leaders
- Exposure to marketing performance reporting, planning cycles, or GTM operations
- Experience in high-growth or fast-paced environments
