We’re hiring: Head of Business Operations | Pimlico Plumbers (Neighbourly Group)
Pimlico Plumbers, London’s No.1 premium home services provider, is looking for an experienced Head of Business Operations to play a pivotal role in the next phase of our growth.
Reporting to the UK Managing Director, this is a senior, hands-on leadership position with responsibility for the day-to-day operational performance of the brand, ensuring strategic plans are effectively translated into operational execution.
About the role
You’ll work closely with the leadership team to align business functions, drive commercial performance, and deliver key strategic initiatives. A major focus of the role will be overseeing the delivery of a new, brand-defining showroom project, alongside continuous improvement across operations.
You’ll have responsibility for core operational functions including HR, IT, Health & Safety, Transport and Facilities, while building strong relationships with franchisees, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
What we’re looking for
This role would suit a proven Operations Director or Senior General Manager, ideally from a building services or facilities management background. You’ll bring strong commercial acumen, a hands-on leadership style, and the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
