Overview

Duties
- Track key operational metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
- Coordinate cross-department communication to ensure smooth execution and follow-through.
- Handle ad-hoc requests and time-sensitive operational needs with urgency and accuracy.
- Manage or support cross-functional projects.
- Manage complex calendars, meeting coordination, and communication on behalf of the Director.

- Operations, administrative support, project coordination, or HR experience is an asset
- Experience in education, school, construction, hospitality, or multi-site businesses is a plus

Pay: $53,717.02-$68,875.26 per year
