YOUR IMPACT
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Sr. Revenue Operations Analyst to support our Channels& Alliances leadership team. In this role, you will drive planning, analysis, and reporting on key performance metrics, enabling our leaders to make data-driven decisions that shape the future of the organization.

You are passionate about driving actionable insights, improving reporting capabilities, and enhancing operational efficiencies across a diverse and fast-moving organization. WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS
- Showcasing excellent business acumen and understanding the operational needs of a global Sales / Partner organization.
- Independently managing complex assignments, demonstrating creativity, initiative, and sound judgment—particularly with KPI measurement and performance analysis.
- Designing and implementing operating procedures and business policies to support organizational efficiency and governance.
- Ensuring data quality standards and best practices, enabling reliable, consistent, and timely information for the Partner Organization.
- Standardizing data collection and reporting processes across teams to improve the accuracy and accessibility of business insights.
- Performing ad-hoc analysis by querying databases, extracting data, and interpreting the results to solve business problems.
- Maintaining a deep understanding of business drivers and metric definitions and proactively guiding stakeholders to better contextualize and leverage data.
- Leading key projects and initiatives related to process improvement and operational excellence.
- Identifying inefficiencies and recommending enhancements to processes and reporting frameworks.
- Learning quickly and establishing scalable, repeatable processes that support long-term operational success.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
- Bachelor’s Degree (Business Administration, Financial Analysis, Accounting, or other business related technical field) or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis, financial analytics, metrics and reporting, or similar analytical functions.
- High level of ownership and accountability with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Salesforce, Outlook, and Word (required).
- Working knowledge of SQL and Python and understanding how to apply these tools to solve business problems.
- Proven experience in driving operational process efficiencies, implementing effective policies, and enabling best practices.
- Expertise working with large datasets to perform complex analysis, data modeling, and business insight generation.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to influence outcomes and guide leadership discussions.
- Adaptable, flexible, and comfortable with evolving business needs.
- Experience with data models, database design, data mining, or segmentation techniques is a plus.
- Previous experience in Partner Operations and/or Sales Operations strongly preferred.

Compensation: At OpenText, we offer a thoughtfully designed benefits package that supports your physical, emotional, and financial wellbeing. As you move through the hiring process, we’re happy to provide more details about our compensation programs, including variable and commission compensation opportunities for eligible roles, vacation entitlement, and paid time off.
Salary Range: $76,800 - $115,000; Depending on the candidate’s education, experience, skills, geographical location, and alignment with internal equity and external market, actual salary may vary and be higher or lower than the range posted.
