Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Sales Operations and partnering directly with the sales team, this role is critical to successfully delivering a defined revenue plan. You will be instrumental in preparing, operationalizing, and analysing the sales plan. You will be directly aligned to and supporting the sales managers and sales team working to deliver while ensuring adherence to corporate systems and policies. This highly demanding role requires a fast pace with attention to detail and accuracy.
What the role offers:
- Partner with the Sales leaders to design, manage and deliver strategic, operational plans which enable the team to meet and overachieve the assigned revenue budgets
- Assist in the definition, updating, and tracking of key operational performance indicators
- Report and analyse order pipeline, forecasting, bookings, revenue reporting, sales productivity, and goal attainment
- Consult with and report to sales managers on key performance and help drive decisions by demonstrating solid business acumen and thought leadership
- Drive the annual sales planning process partnering with your sales leaders, including account tiering and assignment, and quota development and deployment
- Monitor and train sales managers and reps to ensure accuracy and utilization of the corporate sales tools
- Review deals to ensure soundness and problem-free processing by the company's back-end operations and ensure all deals are booked at quarter and year-end
- Collaborate across the organization to ensure consistency of goals and objectives are clearly understood, aligned, and managed
What you ned

- Thorough experience using Microsoft Excel
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent understanding of process management improvement practices, analytical tools, and practical application for results.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Ability to effectively communicate sales plans, proposals, and results.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or equivalent analytical field of study
- 5+ years’ experience in business analysis, financial analysis, or equivalent analytical work
- Prior experience in sales and sales consulting roles considered advantageous
