MetroTech Automotive is looking for a Chief Revenue Officer to drive revenue growth and oversee all revenue-generating departments of the corporation. MetroTech Automotive is a firmly established company of 38 years based in Charlotte, NC. We are a manufacturer of car care products and a well-renowned automotive partner of car dealerships nationwide.

Responsibilities & Duties (included but not limited to):

Develop sales and marketing growth strategies with the President and CFO
Build upon the legacy of a privately-owned, 38-year automotive organization with an excellent reputation in the automotive industry
Manage the company's sales structure and direction
Optimize and manage the overall revenue cycle from lead generation to customer retention
Build and lead high-performance sales, marketing, and customer support teams
Collaborate with product development teams to ensure product offerings are meeting and exceeding the market demands
Optimize pricing models to maximize profitability while maintaining customer value
Oversee and manage the overall marketing strategy of the organization
Drive new business through ownership of all external and new customer go-to-market efforts
Maintain communication and relationships across organizational functions to work with different departments and manage the revenue of those departments
Identify and create micro-markets with specific products and services for those markets
Manage all revenue channel development and introduce new sales channels and partners

Requirements & Qualifications:

Automotive experience, preferably on the vendor side
Willing to relocate to Charlotte, NC
15+ years of relevant experience
Strong team player, results orientated, and sense of urgency to achieve business objectives
Data-driven decision-making approach with proficiency in analytics tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Organizational and time management skills
Ability to build relationships
