Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Chief Revenue Officer to join our team in Charlotte, NC. This role will involve leading our sales and marketing departments to drive revenue growth, enhance customer satisfaction, and achieve our business objectives. As a key member of the executive team, the Chief Revenue Officer will work closely with cross-functional leaders to develop and implement effective sales strategies and policies. The successful candidate will report directly to the CEO and play a vital role in the company's continued success. The salary range is $200,000 - $225,000 with additional performance-based compensation, electronics and auto allowances, attractive benefits, and relocation assistance. This role will initially allow for hybrid work before transitioning to full-time in the Midlands of SC near Columbia. Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Marketing Leadership
- Optimize the return on investment of lot inventory by implementing dynamic pricing strategies and ensuring optimal sales velocity.
- Analyze market conditions to balance pricing and pace for maximum profitability.
- Adjust sales release strategies and inventory planning to support margin stability and revenue predictability.
- Coordinate marketing efforts with sales strategies to drive lead generation and enhance brand positioning.
- Develop forecasting models to support data-driven decisions and protect margins.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in residential home building or real estate.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and leading sales teams.
- Strong understanding of real estate contracts and financing.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Yes; oversight of Marketing Manager and Online Sales Consultant.
Travel Requirements:
Travel within the state of SC by vehicle, with occasional out-of-state trips.
