Job Summary:
An exciting opportunity as Chief Revenue Officer has arisen in Charlotte, NC. This key leadership role involves overseeing the sales and marketing functions of a well-established retail home construction company in central SC. The Chief Revenue Officer will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth, enhance customer satisfaction, and achieve business goals. Reporting directly to the CEO, this position offers a base salary ranging from $200,000 to $225,000, with additional performance-based pay, electronics allowance, auto allowance, and comprehensive benefits package. Relocation assistance is also available. The role may start as a hybrid model but will eventually require full-time presence in the Midlands of SC, near Columbia. The company values community involvement, with a mandatory quarterly service day for all employees and a quarterly breakfast gathering.
Key Focus:
Maximizing return on investment for lot inventory through dynamic pricing strategies to maintain margins and sales velocity.
Essential Duties:
Sales and Marketing Leadership
- Collaborate with Land, Finance, and Operations teams to optimize lot ROI, ensuring revenue, pace, and efficiency.
- Analyze market trends to balance pricing and sales pace for sustained profitability.
- Adjust sales strategies, inventory planning, and marketing alignment to support margin stability.
- Utilize data for informed decision-making that enhances ROI and protects margins.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Management
- Supervise Marketing Manager and guide branding, digital marketing, and promotional strategies.
- Ensure sales and marketing initiatives are aligned for lead generation and brand positioning.
- Approve and oversee community launch campaigns and marketing materials.
Additional Duties:
Policy Enforcement and Compliance
- Establish and maintain SOPs for sales department operations.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, real estate laws, and contractual obligations.
Contract Oversight
- Manage sales contract preparation, negotiation, and finalization.
- Review and approve buyer contracts for accuracy and timeliness.
- Handle complex customer negotiations and contract issues.
Collaboration and Leadership
- Work closely with executive team to align sales with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with other departments to develop necessary policies.
Required Skills:
