Role Summary
We are looking for a highly aggressive, growth-oriented, and execution-focused Chief Sales Officer (CSO) to lead the complete sales function of Vanmoh LIFE.
The candidate will be responsible for building and scaling the sales organization, driving revenue growth, creating distribution strategies, developing high-performing sales teams, and establishing strong market penetration across multiple financial products.
The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership capabilities, deep understanding of financial product sales, and proven experience in scaling sales operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales Leadership & Revenue Growth
- Develop and execute overall sales strategy aligned with business goals.
- Drive revenue generation across all business verticals.
- Build aggressive growth plans for insurance, mutual funds, loans, and financial products.
- Create monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Monitor sales performance and ensure achievement of business objectives.
- Identify new revenue opportunities and market expansion strategies.
Team Building & Sales Management
- Build and lead high-performing sales teams across locations.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and monitor sales managers and field executives.
- Develop structured sales hierarchy and reporting systems.
- Establish performance KPIs and incentive structures.
- Create strong sales culture focused on productivity and accountability.
Channel Development
- Develop distribution channels including:
- Direct Sales
- Branch Sales
- Agency / Advisor Networks
- Corporate Partnerships
- Referral Networks
- Digital Sales Channels
- Build strategic partnerships to increase customer acquisition.
Strategy & Execution
- Design market penetration and expansion strategies.
- Analyze competitor activities and market trends.
- Improve conversion ratios and sales efficiency.
- Develop customer acquisition and retention strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing teams for lead generation initiatives.
Process & Compliance
- Ensure all sales operations comply with regulatory requirements.
- Create SOPs and operational frameworks for sales execution.
- Maintain ethical sales practices and customer transparency.
- Coordinate with operations and compliance teams.
MIS & Reporting
- Prepare sales dashboards and business reports.
- Present business performance to founders and management.
- Forecast sales projections and revenue planning.
- Monitor branch-wise and team-wise productivity.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
- MBA preferred.
- Certifications in insurance, mutual funds, or financial products will be an added advantage.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 8–15 years of experience in sales leadership roles.
