Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the Group’s business goals.
- Partner closely with the CEO and Senior Leadership to drive growth, profitability, and sustainability.
- Provide actionable financial insights to support strategic decision-making and long-term planning.
Financial Planning & Control
- Lead the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and financial models for all business units.
- Conduct variance analysis between budgeted and actual financial performance.
- Optimize resource allocation to improve operational efficiency and cost control.
Working Capital & Debt Management
- Drive improvements in working capital management, cash flow planning, and debt management.
- Ensure efficient fund deployment and maintain strong banking and investor relations.
Financial Operations & Reporting
- Implement technology-driven solutions to streamline financial operations and enhance efficiency.
- Strengthen financial reporting systems to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
- Oversee timely closure of monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts.
Compliance & Governance
- Ensure adherence to financial reporting standards and statutory compliance (Taxation, PF, ESI, GST, etc.).
- Manage compliance across domestic and international entities of OhmSakthi Group.
- Strengthen internal controls, risk management, and corporate governance frameworks.
People Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to create a high-performance culture.
- Align team goals with the Group’s strategic vision and operational objectives.
Educational & Professional Requirements
- Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost Accountant (CMA) – Mandatory
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field – Preferred
- Minimum 18+ years of senior financial leadership experience.
- Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and multi-location or global operations.
- Strong expertise in compliance, regulatory frameworks, working capital, debt management, and cost control.
- In-depth understanding of corporate governance, internal controls, and risk management.

Pay: ₹41,399.09 - ₹100,000.00 per month
