Hiring: Chief Financial Officer (CFO) | Hotel & Construction Industry
OhmSakthi Group is hiring a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for its expanding Hotel and Construction business.
Working Location: Chennai & Pondicherry
Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)
Experience: 10-15 years
Mandatory: Proven experience in Hospitality and Construction industry
Notice Period: Immediate joiner or within 15 days
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead overall financial strategy, planning, and budgeting for hotel and construction projects
- Oversee project costing, pricing, profitability, and financial feasibility
- Monitor cash flows, working capital, and effective fund utilization
- Ensure statutory compliance, audits, taxation, and regulatory requirements
- Prepare and review MIS reports, financial statements, and performance dashboards
- Support new hotel developments, construction projects, and CAPEX planning
- Work closely with promoters, directors, and senior management on strategic decisions
- Strengthen internal controls, SOPs, and financial governance
- Liaise with bankers, investors, auditors, and government authorities
- Manage funding, loans, and financial structuring for projects
