Job Title – Chief Financial Officer

Location - Chennai for a Global Sports Technology Company

Qualifications – ACA ( Additional qualification in ACS, LLB will be added advantage ).

Experience – 8 to 10 years experience in leading Finance & Accounts, Treasury and Business planning functions preferably within mid-sized hardware servicing or manufacturing companies operating on a global scale. Industry experience in the sports, media or entertainment Industry is a huge plus. Experience in handling Tax ( GST, IT, EPCG etc.,.), especially experience in Customs, will be desirable. Experience in managing multiple group companies and overseeing consolidation of global subsidiaries will be desirable. Exposure IPO preparation/execution, board-level reporting, and corporate governance and strong exposure to ERP is preferred.

Job Role – Financial Planning and Control

· End to end financial planning including preparation of budgets, cash flow forecasting and liquidity management

· Leading and managing the finance and accounting team including coordinating with overseas team for data consolidation

· Payables and receivables management

· Fund raising, working capital loans, overdraft limits

· Capex decision making with analysis and tracking of return on capital invested

Reporting and Statutory Compliance

· Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly Reporting to Investors

· Compliance with the Companies Act and relevant statutory requirements

· Ensure timely filing of statutory compliances such as GST, TDS, PF/PT

· Management of Internal and External audit

· Ensure compliance with FEMA and Transfer Pricing
