About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead and strengthen the financial strategy and operations across our group of organizations. The ideal candidate will be a Chartered Accountant (CA) with strong expertise in financial structuring, resource mobilization, and long-term financial sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the overall financial strategy, planning, and governance across the organization and its associated entities.
- Develop and implement robust financial structures, systems, and policies to support long-term growth and sustainability.
- Manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for multiple entities.
- Ensure statutory compliance, audits, and regulatory adherence across all financial operations.
- Identify and secure external funding opportunities including CSR partnerships, bank loans, grants, and strategic investments.
- Build and maintain relationships with financial institutions, corporate partners, and funding agencies.
- Provide strategic financial insights to leadership to support organizational decision-making and expansion plans.
- Strengthen financial transparency, accountability, and internal controls.
Qualifications & Experience
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
- 15+ years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles.
- Proven experience in structuring and managing finances across multiple organizations or entities.
- Demonstrated ability to source external funding independently through CSR initiatives, banking partnerships, loans, or investments.
- Strong expertise in financial governance, compliance, and strategic financial planning.
- Experience working with mission-driven or non-profit organizations will be an added advantage.
