Role Overview
To drive strategic and operational excellence across Bondada Group’s business verticals by ensuring effective project planning, timely execution, performance tracking, and business problem-solving. The role will act as a key bridge between business verticals and corporate leadership, ensuring alignment of business performance with the organization’s strategic goals.
Key Roles And Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning & Business Alignment
- Support the CEO and Business Heads in translating organizational goals into actionable operational strategies across Renewable Energy, Telecom, and other business units.
- Evaluate ongoing business initiatives to ensure alignment with the company’s growth objectives and profitability targets.
- Identify new business opportunities, assess feasibility, and support decision-making with data-driven insights.
- Project Planning & Execution Tracking
- Develop comprehensive project plans with defined milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation for all key projects.
- Track project progress against timelines and budgets, proactively highlighting potential delays or risks.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project adherence and escalate critical issues to the CEO with proposed corrective actions.
- Maintain a project dashboard for real-time tracking and management reporting.
- Operational & Financial Performance Analysis
- Analyze operational performance of each business vertical, focusing on productivity, cost efficiency, and delivery timelines.
- Evaluate financial performance indicators (budget utilization, margins, revenue realization, cash flow, etc.) and identify deviations.
- Work closely with Finance and Business Heads to recommend corrective and preventive measures.
- Business Problem Solving & Process Optimization
- Identify business bottlenecks, inefficiencies, or system gaps impacting performance or profitability.
- Lead root cause analyses and collaborate with functional teams to develop and implement sustainable solutions.
- Propose process improvements and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance project delivery and governance efficiency.
- Performance Monitoring & KPI Tracking
- Track and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) of business and functional heads to ensure performance accountability.
- Provide timely performance reviews and insights to the CEO, highlighting progress against set goals and improvement areas.
- Ensure data integrity, consistency, and transparency in KPI reporting across business functions.
- Leadership Reporting & Strategic Communication
- Prepare executive-level reports and presentations summarizing business performance, key challenges, and strategic recommendations for the CEO and Leadership Team.
- Ensure clear communication and coordination among corporate office, business heads, and project teams.
- Serve as the central point for compiling and reviewing project and business performance updates for management review meetings.
Qualifications & Experience
- MBA / PGDM (Operations / Strategy / Finance) or equivalent professional qualification.
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in strategy, business operations, or project management in infrastructure / renewable / telecom sectors.
- Languages Known: Fluent in Telugu, English, and Hindi.
