About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead our business development efforts in the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Healthcare Sales, proven experience in SaaS solutions, and a deep understanding of healthcare industry workflows, stakeholders, and target customers. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and achieve revenue targets in the healthcare SaaS market.
- Identify, target, and engage key customer segments, including hospitals, clinics, healthcare networks, physicians, and other healthcare providers.
- Manage the complete sales cycle—from prospecting and lead qualification to contract negotiation and closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders in the healthcare ecosystem.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Customer Success) to deliver client-centric solutions.
- Conduct product demos and presentations tailored to healthcare clients’ needs.
- Track sales metrics, prepare periodic reports, and provide insights to leadership.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes relevant to healthcare technology.
Required Qualifications
- 5–10 years of experience in sales, preferably in Healthcare SaaS, HealthTech, EMR/EHR, RCM, or similar products.
- Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, target customers, and decision-making structures.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading successful sales cycles.
- Experience selling SaaS or cloud-based technology solutions is mandatory.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
