Title: Chief Financial Officer– Accounts & Finance
Business Unit: Corporate – Pan India responsibility
Reports to: Vice President – Finance & Accounts
Principal Accountabilities
· Tasks & Responsibility
· Leadership Finance and Accounting team
· Maintain executive responsibility for financial operations, including working capital, capital expenditures, debt levels, taxes, budget and general accounting
· Preparing Financial Statements
· Contact to Auditors, banks, financial authorities
· Develop and direct financial plans to the strategic business plan, company growth and market opportunities and direction
· Establish and maintain stable cash flow management policies and procedures, ensure cash resources are available for daily operations and business development
· Set-up and/or monitor all financial and operational controls and metrics within the organization
· Analyze current lending and equity relationships
· Analyze current and future business operations and plans to determine financial effectiveness
· Evaluate, integrate and manage the company’s financial resources and functions
· Establish the performance goals, allocate resources and assess Policies for employees through other managers

Qualification
- Level of Education: CA not mandatory. If CA, added advantage.
Qualified Accounts with min. 5 years in a Pan Team
Working Experience:
Minimum 5 (five) years of previous experience at same or similar managerial positions - National Level Role

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹3,500,000.00 - ₹4,500,000.00 per year
