Your new role
As Chief Financial Officer (CFO), you will be a key member of the leadership team, responsible for shaping the financial strategy and ensuring the company's long-term success. You will:
- Lead all aspects of financial management, including planning, reporting, and compliance.
- Partner with the CEO and board to drive strategic initiatives, investments, and growth opportunities.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and capital allocation to maximise efficiency and profitability.
- Implement robust financial controls, risk management frameworks, and governance practices.
- Mentor and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven track record as a senior finance leader, ideally within engineering, construction, or related industries.
- Strong expertise in corporate finance, capital management, and strategic planning.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence at board level.
- Professional qualifications such as CPA, CA, or CFA are highly regarded.
- A forward-thinking mindset with the ability to balance operational detail and strategic vision.
