Responsibilities
- Create and present financial and recommendations to Managing Directors/Partners
- Support the financial planning and analysis efforts
- Oversee the full spectrum of finance operation including cash flow, cash management, working capital, and company audits
- Prepare financial statements and reports
- Ensure legal compliance on all financial functions
- Manage relationships with banks and stakeholders
- Lead and build a high performing finance team
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with relevant professional certification
- 10 years of experience in relevant industry (Assets Management, PE/VC)
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across functions.
- High integrity, sound judgment, and a proactive, results-driven mindset.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast paced environment
