The Opportunity:
We are looking for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial strategy and fuel our growth journey.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Design and execute capital strategy to scale operations
🔹 Lead fundraising efforts—from investor pitching to deal closure
🔹 Build strong investor confidence through clear financial storytelling
🔹 Manage investor relations (IR) with transparent and consistent reporting
🔹 Drive financial planning, modeling, and governance
🔹 Collaborate closely with cross-functional leadership teams
🔹 Represent the company in investor meetings and roadshows
This is a rare opportunity to build from the ground up alongside visionary founders and investors.
What You Bring:
✔️ 12+ years of experience in senior finance leadership roles
✔️ Strong fundraising experience, financial modeling, and investor reporting
✔️ Proven ability to close term sheets and manage negotiations
✔️ Exposure to EV, clean-tech, or infrastructure sectors (preferred)
✔️ Currently a CFO or CFO-1 ready to step into a leadership role
✔️ Strong academic background (Tier 1 / Tier 2 institute preferred)
✔️ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
✔️ Startup mindset with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
