Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Chief Financial Officer (CFO) role based in Markham, ON. The CFO will oversee the company’s financial planning and management, develop and analyze financial strategies, and lead the preparation of financial statements. They will monitor and report financial performance, ensure regulatory compliance, manage budgets, and provide insights to drive strategic decision-making. Collaboration with executives and stakeholders will be a key component of this role.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Financial Planning and Finance to guide strategic decision-making and resource allocation
- Experience in preparing and managing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
- Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret and utilize financial data effectively
- Leadership experience in managing finance teams and fostering collaboration
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; CPA designation preferred
- Proficiency in financial software and tools
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
