Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role

Take responsibility: Drive the preparation of Division Board–levelperformance reviews by owning data collection, validation, and synthesisto ensure transparency, accuracy, and actionable insights

Thorough analyses: Turn datasets into clear narratives; identify performance gaps and root causes; develop recommendations and practical implementation plans

Keep the overview: Understand Infineon’s sales processes and support steering the interplay of marketing & sales goals, while you get a 360°view of how a leading tech company runs

Shape the future: Help translate strategic focus areas into clear objectives, metrics, and routines within the sales community, and support communication and enablement to anchor them sustainably
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

Study field: You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in business administration, information technology, engineering, or a related field
-
Way of working: You are a collaborative team player with a high sense of ownership and a self‑driven, agile, and outcome‑oriented mindset
-
Skills: You bring strong analytical and communication skills to effectively collaborate at all organizational levels and are proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Tableau or Power BIis a plus
-
Experience: You have gained relevant practical experience, ideally in strategy, sales, consulting, or project management.
Language skills: You have excellent English skills, both written and spoken

Working part-time: The focus is on studies. That’s why working as a student employee during lecture period is limited to a maximum of 20 hours per week.

Proper students (according to the German law) are welcome: To work as a student employee with us, you must be enrolled at a university and not have completed all of your exams or modules for your degree programme. You must not be in a semester of leave. We look forward to welcoming you to our team for at least 6 months.

You should live close to the site: For good collaboration, it is important to us that you can come to the office regularly to integrate to the team.
