Our Global Vision

The Role
In this position, you will be a key member of the European "Preparation Group." You will bridge the gap between our core technology in China and the specific requirements of the Europe automotive market.
Responsibilities
- Full Lifecycle Management: Responsible for the end-to-end orchestration of vehicle lifecycles. Lead cross-functional project teams—encompassing Marketing, Retail, and Delivery—to achieve closed-loop management across goal setting, strategic planning, and execution tracking.
- Market Intelligence & Launch Planning: Demonstrate rapid learning and acute perception of the Smart EV industry. Leverage expertise in automotive marketing and sales to identify risks and opportunities through data analysis and competitor tracking. Formulate short-term and long-term strategies and define vehicle launch plans.
- Lifecycle Commercial Operations: Manage product lifecycle operations by developing and implementing strategies for Launch, Sustainment, and EOL (End of Life) phases to ensure the commercial success of the entire product line.
- Project Management & Coordination: Manage project resources and effectively drive cross-functional collaboration at the corporate level. Ensure on-time and high-quality delivery of all project milestones, including communication assets, product experience, vehicle resources, and budget allocation, while optimizing team synergy and efficiency.
Requirements
Extensive knowledge of the European automotive market is essential.
- 8+ years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or related roles. Proven track record in new product launches, product management, and Go-To-Market (GTM) project leadership. Deep understanding of industry trends, branding, channels, competitive landscapes, and user personas.
- Hands-on experience with IPMS (Integrated Product Marketing & Sales) processes; mastery of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and 4P Marketing theory.
- Strong passion for the Smart EV industry, with the ability to capture and analyze market dynamics, competitive positioning, and consumer insights.
- Excellent data analysis and processing skills, supported by logical and systemic thinking.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with a high level of empathy and understanding of others.
- Highly self-motivated with strong professional resilience.
- Experience in Consumer Electronics or Automotive product launches, marketing, or retail operations is highly preferred.
