The Role:
As a Business Operations Manager you will be responsible for driving and embedding the organisation’s business operating system. Reporting to the Head of Business Operations, this position oversees the day‑to‑day rhythm of operations, business processes, and performance monitoring that support consistent and reliable execution across the company. It also provides project management support for key cross‑functional initiatives and go‑to‑market activities.
This is a hands‑on, highly collaborative role. It partners closely with Product, Sales, Customer Delivery, Customer Success, and Corporate teams to ensure priorities are clearly tracked, performance is transparent, and issues are identified and addressed quickly.
This is not a functional operations role and does not own delivery outcomes. Instead, it ensures that the system of execution works effectively.
Your responsibilities will include:
Drive the enterprise operating pace by coordinating planning cycles and review forums, preparing decision‑ready materials, and ensuring all actions and follow‑ups are completed.
Implement and maintain standardised business practices defined in conjunction with the Head of Business Operations and broader Operations and Functional Leaders.
Ensure consistent application of planning, prioritisation, escalation, and review disciplines.
Produce and maintain enterprise and cross-functional performance dashboards.
Collect, validate, and synthesise data from multiple functions.
Provide Project Management support to a range of cross-functional priorities and initiatives (Arrowhead Plan 2026), tracking execution and progress.
Monitor dependencies, risks, and capacity constraints.
Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of operational practices.
The Skills you’ll need:
Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data and metrics.
Able to influence through structure, clarity, and follow-through.
Experience supporting cross-functional execution in complex environments.
Exposure to enterprise planning, performance reporting, and governance.
SaaS or cloud business exposure.
It would be great if you had:
Experience of senior operations leadership roles within B2B software or technology-led organisations.
