The Operations & Execution Lead (Founder’s Office) will work closely with the Founder to convert ideas, discussions, and decisions into structured action. This role focuses on coordination, follow-ups, documentation, and execution across teams such as HR, operations, factory, sales, and admin.
This is a high-exposure role for someone who wants to grow into a senior leadership position over time.
Key Responsibilities
Founder Support & Execution
- Attend key meetings with the Founder and document discussions and decisions
- Convert discussions into task lists, timelines, and ownership
- Track action items and ensure follow-ups are completed on time
- Prepare summaries, trackers, and basic presentations for review
Cross-Team Coordination
- Coordinate with HR, operations, sales, factory, and admin teams
- Ensure alignment between founder direction and team execution
- Identify bottlenecks and flag delays or risks early
- Maintain weekly execution dashboards and updates
Operations & Process Support
- Assist in setting up simple SOPs, trackers, and internal workflows
- Support hiring coordination, onboarding follow-ups, and role clarity
- Help standardise reporting and internal communication
- Assist in rolling out new systems, tools, or initiatives
Special Projects
- Support founder-led initiatives such as new verticals, launches, or process improvements
- Conduct basic research and data collection when required
- Coordinate timelines and stakeholders for short-term projects

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
