Role Purpose
The Senior Manager – Strategy & Business Operations will act as a key execution and strategy partner to the Chief of Staff, supporting the Head of Cloud & Cybersecurity in driving business performance, strategic initiatives, and governance rigor.
This role requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, structured execution, and senior stakeholder engagement, with responsibility for translating leadership priorities into measurable outcomes across the business.

Key Responsibilities
1. Business Strategy & Planning
- Support formulation and execution of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and multi-year strategy
- Translate strategic priorities into structured initiatives with clear milestones and ownership
- Track progress against strategic themes and course-correct where required
2. Performance Management & Business Rhythm
- Own BU-level performance tracking, dashboards, and executive scorecards
- Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews, including data consolidation and insight generation
- Identify performance gaps, root causes, and recommend corrective actions
3. Strategic Program Execution
- Drive cross-functional strategic programs on behalf of the BU Head and Chief of Staff
- Coordinate across product, sales, finance, delivery, and technology teams to ensure execution discipline
- Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and escalations
4. Financial & Commercial Oversight
- Partner with finance to track revenue, margins, cost levers, and investment performance
- Support deal reviews, pricing discussions, and business case evaluations
- Highlight structural issues impacting profitability or scalability
5. Executive Governance & Leadership Enablement
- Prepare high-quality materials for leadership forums, operating councils, and board-level reviews
- Ensure governance forums are outcome-oriented, with clear decisions and follow-ups
- Act as a delegate for the Chief of Staff in select forums as required
6. Stakeholder Management & Communication
- Engage effectively with senior leaders across the BU and corporate functions
- Drive crisp, fact-based communication and executive storytelling
- Serve as a trusted point of coordination for priority initiatives

Experience & Qualifications
- 8–12 years of experience in strategy, business operations, consulting, or enterprise PMO roles
- Prior experience in Cloud, Cybersecurity, Technology, or Enterprise B2B environments preferred
- Demonstrated experience working closely with CXO / BU Head–level stakeholders
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred
