Job Title: Vice President of Finance

Role Overview
We are seeking a Vice President of Finance to lead financial strategy and execution for a multi state casino gaming operation. This role will oversee financial planning, accounting, reporting, and compliance across multiple jurisdictions while partnering closely with executive leadership to support growth, capital allocation, and operational performance.
This is a senior leadership role requiring deep casino gaming experience and hands on ownership of complex, multi state financial environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all finance and accounting functions across multiple casino properties in different states
- Own budgeting, forecasting, and long range financial planning at both property and enterprise levels
- Oversee month end, quarter end, and year end close processes with accuracy and timeliness
- Manage regulatory reporting and compliance across multiple gaming jurisdictions
- Partner with operations leadership to analyze property level performance, margins, and cash flow
- Drive capital planning, liquidity management, and debt compliance
- Support M&A activity, new market entry, and expansion initiatives
- Lead and develop a multi location finance and accounting team
- Serve as a strategic advisor to the CFO and executive leadership team
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of progressive finance leadership experience within the casino or gaming industry
- Direct experience overseeing finance for multi state casino operations is required
- Strong knowledge of gaming regulations, compliance, and jurisdiction specific reporting
- Proven experience managing complex P&Ls across multiple properties
- Experience working with auditors, regulators, and external financial partners
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to operate at both strategic and hands on levels
Preferred Qualifications
- CPA or MBA
- Experience supporting growth, acquisitions, or new casino openings
- Background in highly regulated, high volume cash based environments
