Head of Business Operations, India
Location: New Delhi, India
Grapes Worldwide is hiring a Head of Business Operations, India to take complete ownership of the operations and performance of our India business.
This is a senior leadership role responsible for running the business on a day-to-day and strategic level. The role owns operations, P&L, delivery, and execution across a large marketing agency setup, and works closely with the Global CEO and COO. This role is for someone who knows how to run an agency business, not just represent it.
What you will own
• End-to-end business operations for Grapes Worldwide in India
• Full P&L responsibility, including revenue, margins, and cost control
• Performance and retention across all key client retainers
• Leadership of senior teams across client servicing, strategy, creative, and operations
• Operational discipline, processes, and execution quality across the organization
• Market-level decision making for India
Key responsibilities
• Run the India business as a complete operating unit
• Ensure strong delivery, profitability, and client satisfaction across accounts
• Build systems and processes to improve efficiency, quality, and scalability
• Lead and develop senior leaders and managers
• Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
• Support and enable new business growth alongside business development teams
• Bring deep knowledge of the Indian marketing and agency landscape into decisions
What we are looking for
• 12+ years of experience in the marketing, advertising, or digital agency industry
• Proven experience managing large teams and complex client portfolios
• Strong P&L ownership experience in an agency or services-led business
• Deep understanding of the Indian market and client ecosystem
• Experience running retainers and scaling agency operations
• A commercially sharp, execution-focused leader
