About The Role

We are seeking a dynamic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to take command of the financial engine of a high-growth crypto product studio. As a core member of the executive team, you will oversee liquidity management, optimize revenue streams, and navigate the complex intersection of social media and decentralized finance.

This role requires a leader who thrives in hyper-growth environments, can deliver financial insights at speed, and has the operational grit to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities

Hyper-Growth Financial Strategy

Drive financial operations for a high-revenue platform, focusing on liquidity management, scaling, and real-time risk mitigation.

Treasury & Revenue Optimization

Oversee management of $800M+ in revenue across fiat and digital assets.
Ensure optimal cash positioning, yield strategies, and secure custody.

Crypto Ecosystem Integration

Optimize payment processing, exchange integrations, and liquidity routing within the Solana ecosystem.

Regulatory & Tax Navigation

Lead strategy for global tax obligations and compliance challenges unique to crypto social platforms.

Executive Relationship Management

Maintain high-level relationships with banks, payment processors, and Tier-1 crypto exchanges.

Financial Controls & Governance

Implement robust reporting structures and policies, transitioning from startup mode to institutional-grade governance.

Team Building

Recruit and lead a high-performing finance team aligned with engineering and product squads.

Requirements

Experience: 10+ years in finance, with 3+ years in senior leadership roles within exchanges, DeFi protocols, trading firms, or fintech.
Crypto Expertise: Deep understanding of Solana, digital asset management, and high-frequency trading/social platforms.
Operational Grit: Comfortable building strategic models and performing hands-on reconciliation.
Elite Builder Mindset: Proven ability to deliver financial insights that support split-second executive decisions.
Regulatory Mastery: Strong grasp of evolving global regulations for tokens, SocialFi, and crypto-native revenue models.
Negotiation Skills: Skilled at optimizing terms with financial service providers and vendors.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required; MBA or CPA preferred.
