Exclusive. Looking for a finance leader with strong business acumen, hands-on abilities, and influential business partner to product development, manufacturing, supply chain, business development, and continuous improvement. Report to VP/GM of a multi-site manufacturing division that designs and manufacturers engineered components sold to OEMs globally. Parent company is global, US based, and exceeded Wall Street expectations in 2024 and 2025 on revenues, profits, and EPS. Growth has come from product and new business development, expanding customer base, reinvestment into infrastructure, international expansion, and acquisitions.
Partner with VP/GM on overall strategy, expansion plans, margin improvement, performance of business units, acquisition due diligence/integration, problem solving, deliverables and P/L management. Ensure financial compliance. Key areas of responsibilities:
- Partner with VP/GM on short/long range strategic planning and infrastructure buildout
- Lead budgets, forecasting, business analytics, KPIs, metrics
- Manage all general and operational accounting supported by a team of 10
- Prepare financial reporting and ensure compliance (i.e., ASC 606)
- Identify working capital improvements opportunities
- Oversite and mentoring of BU Controllers and direct reports
- Partner with manufacturing and supply chain on OTD, inventory management, capital expenditures, production optimization, demand forecasting, etc.
- Team with sales on pricing, margin management, and forecasting
- Collaborate with engineering on budget, costs, capital expenditures, and deliverables.
- Lead/Participate on continuous improvement initiatives
This is a highly visible leadership role requiring strong business acumen, a P/L mentality, and the drive to make a difference. Hybrid (3-4 days in office).
REQUIREMENTS: CPA or MBA wanted. Seek 12+ years of business experience that most recently includes financial leadership of a multi-site manufacturing division or corporation serving OEM markets (i.e., aerospace, capital equipment). Must be willing to travel 10-20%.
REWARD: $250,000 to $300,000 DOE plus 25% bonus & 20% LTIP, car, & relocation pkg.
