Position: Sales Operations Specialist
Shift: 40 hours | Full-time

Purpose:
The Sales Operations team is looking for a Sales Operations Specialist. Reporting to the Manager, Sales Operations, this is a pivotal role that acts as the central hub for all sales support related activities while working directly with our global sales team and internal function groups. The primary responsibility of this position is the ongoing scheduling and coordination of all pre-contract work produced in support of our Sales team. In addition, this person will assist in the coordination of technical information, be a champion and super-user of our CRM system, and support the advancement of sales support materials.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Manage the scheduling of pre-contract work across all pre-contract function groups.
- Work actively with function group leaders to manage capacity and coordinate tasks.
- Liaise with Global Sales Team daily to define internal RFPs, consisting of design, estimating, proposal or engineering details.
- Planning and coordination of technical responses to pre-contract RFPs, in conjunction with specialized teams (Waterslide Engineering, Structural Engineering, Mechatronics, etc.)
- Assists in the presentation of technical content in bids, contracts and proposals, including maintenance of templates and libraries.
- Supports handover of sold projects to Project Services through communication of customer expectations and technical requirements
- Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) software “Champion”
- Team super-user supporting sales team and internal function groups.
- Responsible for driving and continuous improvement of processes.
- Continuous improvement of data quality in CRM system.
- Development and refinement of sales support materials and training document library.
- Support in organization and execution of sales and pre-contract training.
- Website sales leads – review and distribute daily.
Qualifications and Experience:
- 2-4 years college, university or technical school training is required (Sales, Business or Project Management education preferred).
- 2-5 years of experience in an office environment - Sales, Operations, Project Management or Scheduling related role would be an asset.
- Experience using Microsoft Dynamics CRM or comparable CRM software is required.
- Complete understanding of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) is required.
