We’re looking for a Manager of Sales who’s ready to take charge of growing memberships across multiple clubs, leading a small but mighty team, and driving results through people, passion, and process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and motivate sales teams across all 5 clubs to achieve monthly membership sales goals.
- Develop and execute local marketing and lead-generation initiatives (social media, outreach, referral programs, events).
- Manage performance metrics, sales reporting, and conversion strategies.
- Support club managers and front-line staff with sales coaching and systems training.
- Collaborate with ownership to develop growth strategies and track progress.
Who You Are:
- A natural leader with a track record of sales success (fitness, retail, or service industry preferred).
- Energetic, competitive, and highly organized with excellent communication skills.
- Confident with KPIs, CRM systems, and lead tracking tools.
- Able to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.
- Passionate about health, fitness, and helping others succeed.

Hours & Travel:
- Full-time position, based primarily in Coquitlam with regular travel to other locations.
- Vehicle and valid driver’s license required.
