Summary:
The Bilingual Sales Operations Representative plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient, accurate, and timely fulfillment of all financing agreements, from initial application through to settlement. This role supports the sales function by serving as a dependable operational partner, streamlining deal progression and enabling a smooth end-to-end experience for clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the lifecycle of finance agreements, ensuring timely processing and settlement, while monitoring deal progress and maintaining compliant records.
- Primary support for sales representatives, delivering solutions-focused communication to internal teams, customers, and dealers.
- Identify and implement improvements to workflows and systems, contribute to operational efficiency, and scalable sales support.
- Collaborate with internal teams and communicate with stakeholders to ensure a smooth customer experience and keep deals on track.
Qualifications/Experience:
- Bilingual in English and French (written and verbal) required
- College/University degree or relevant experience
