Sales Operations Manager

Responsibilities:
· Analyzing and evaluating existing sales processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
· Implementing streamlined and automated workflows on Share point, Confluence, Pipedrive to enhance productivity, accelerate the sales cycle, and strengthen lead generation.
· Collaborating with internal stakeholders from sales, finance, engineering, and operations to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
· Generating regular sales performance reports via Pipedrive and providing sales insights, trends, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
· Managing CRM systems Pipedrive to monitor deals in pipeline, Microsoft 365 tool for data analysis, Tableau, SharePoint, and automation tools (Zapier, Coefficient) to improve efficiency for sales team.
· Providing training and ongoing support to the sales team on sales tools, enablement resources, and optimized processes.
· Allocating accounts and managing sales territories to maximize coverage and revenue potential.
· Supporting the sales team with process automation, enablement tools like Zapier, and resources to achieve targets effectively.
· Managing logistics and shipping compliance, including documentation required by customs and border authorities.
· Coordinating with engineering operations for BOM sourcing and negotiating purchase orders.
· Overseeing the customer contract lifecycle to ensure compliance, accuracy, and timely renewals.
· Driving cross-functional collaboration between sales, marketing, finance, and operations to ensure smooth handoffs and signoffs.
· Monitoring competitive intelligence and market dynamics to adapt sales strategies proactively.
· Developing standardized dashboards and KPIs for real-time tracking of sales activities and outcomes.
· Stakeholder management with distributors to get the annual volume forecast.
· Maintaining overall sales inventory and the allocation of inventory as per the demand.
Qualifications:
· Bachelors in Computer or Electrical Engineering required.
· 5+ years’ experience in sales operations in the high-tech space required
· 3 years of experience in sales operations in a fast-paced technology start up required
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office 365, and other sales technologies.
· Detail-oriented with a focus on process improvement.
· Can do attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Salary: 90,000 – 100,000 CAD
